PwC's Executive and Management Reward Survey enables organisations to benchmark the pay packages of their UK senior leadership team against the wider market including both public and private companies. Please note that all data will be treated as confidential, non-attributable, and aggregated to determine quartiles and provide broader insights.

Survey participants receive at no charge the following:

The deadline for submission for the 2026 cycle is September 2026, with analysis and results shared in October 2026.
