The well-documented cost of living crisis, combined with a general increase in the cost of doing business has made decisions on pay levels difficult for businesses. As a result, organisations are diverging in their approaches to talent attraction and retention.
As the economic conditions begin to stabilise, and inflation starts to fall, getting a clear sense of your pay position in the market for key employees will be more valuable than ever. In this context, it will be important for Remuneration Committees to consider the pay and conditions for employees in the wider workforce when making pay decisions for senior executives. How to participate in the survey
Please complete the form below or email UK Executive Reward Survey to confirm your interest in completing the survey. An email will then be sent out to you confirming the next steps.
We will provide the data collection form within a few days of your response, and the deadline for submission for the 2025 cycle is September this year. Data can be accepted in alternative formats if you have participated in other pay benchmarking surveys, such as Willis Towers Watson or Mercer.
