Horizon Scanning Portal uses artificial intelligence to consolidate regulatory updates from over 150 global institutions, relevant to your business.

AI learns what regulatory updates are relevant to your business so that it can automatically suggest, prioritise and sort the information for Compliance to focus on.

Keep your business users in the loop by allowing your Compliance team to automatically generate newsletters which you can distribute through the portal.

Log key actions and support regulatory compliance across your organisation with an evidence log of decisions. All interpretations, actions taken and key documents are stored in a single location.

Individual users can configure their preferences to ensure the updates and actions they receive are relevant to them and their responsibilities.

FAQs

Emails are sent daily by 9:00 AM, Monday - Friday, and summarise any new developments that match your preferences. There is a lag of between 24h - 72h from the time they are published on the regulator website and made available in the portal. More active regulators, such as PRA and FCA, are scanned daily.

Yes! Provided that the institution publishes their content on a public site we have the capability to extend the scope of our tracking and are happy to review any additional tracking requirements for your business.

Yes! In addition to training documentation and user guides that you can access at any time via the portal interface our onboarding team will also provide you and your team a formal training session, virtually or in-person as per your preference.

We check-in with all our clients multiple times throughout the year to gather feedback on what new challenges you are facing as an organisation, understand your priorities, as well as get direct feedback on our product and its features. All this will inform our product strategy and roadmap and you can expect us to perform regular minor updates to the platform and will do at least one major release throughout the year that adds brand new features.

Yes! Horizon Scanning Portal is hosted in a resilient and high-availability server with an expected 99% up time.

You will act as the data controller at all times and we as data processors. This means that we act upon your instructions for any data retention rules you may wish us to follow. By default we will always retain all of your data for the duration of our contract unless otherwise specified by you.
