Charlie Minors: Formula 1 is the world's largest global sporting series. The pressure is immense.

John Glick: It requires precision and performance. Every day, every hour, every second.

Charlie Minors: Formula 1's working with PwC around our future race operations program, helping us to transform our operations and logistics.

Ian Stone: We’ve moved multiple sets of kit around the world 24 races a year.

Tony Reinhard: We are helping them move a significant amount of the freight shipments from air to sea based.

Ian Stone: The overall target of the project is to reduce physical shipping by air by 50%.

Charlie Minors: The PwC team is able to bring structure, organization, process, tooling to support the business.

Ian Stone: PwC have brought more digital enablement. Looking into AI. Looking into the future ways of managing things. This project will help lead to a far more sustainable and efficient logistics program for Formula 1.

Charlie Minors: PwC have been hugely supportive in identifying six enablement areas that will really set us up for success.

F1 doesn't often use outside advisors. What really impressed me around the PwC team was their approach to being on the ground, listening, working with the teams.

Bryan Gross: We're taking basics that we do day in and day out for retailers, for manufacturers across the world and helping them establish core processes and technology.

Their experience across industries, gave our crews confidence under pressure.

Charlie Minors: Working with PwC we are setting up the foundations for Formula 1 to grow for the next 10 to 15 years.
