Everyone is talking about AI.

To answer the question : how do you use AI well, at PwC, we’re starting with our own people - building the confidence, skills and judgement to use AI securely, responsibly and effectively.

But the point of building that knowledge is not to keep it to ourselves.

That’s why, for One Firm One Day, our annual firmwide volunteering day, we turned that learning outwards and launched our first national AI Upskilling Initiative.

Led by our people, the free sessions brought together 215 charities, social enterprises and community groups across the UK to explore AI fundamentals, hands-on application, and the safe and ethical use of AI tools. 

The aim: to help organisations boost efficiency, strengthen their impact and deliver even more for the communities they serve.

Because our approach to AI is not just about technology. It is about trust, accountability and the human edge that makes it work.
