Ryan Cartwright from the British Business Bank and Thomas Hudson from PwC Raise will be joined by Simon Penson, a Partner from Haatch, and Steven Frost, Founder and CEO of WorkBuzz to guide you through the investor process and provide insights and experiences of working with founders to ensure businesses are best prepared for their institutional fundraise.

Considerations around discussing valuations with an investor and insights into the methods used by investors to value a business.

Rich Abrahams of PwC and Tom Haywood from the British Business Bank will be joined by Gurinder Sunner from BGF and Adrian Watson, CFO of Geospatial Insight, to provide you with insights into how to discuss valuations with investors and considerations you may need to make along the way.

Guiding you through the term sheet and how to assess the terms under which you might enter into.

Lewis Stringer from the British Business Bank and Charlie Robinson, PwC Raise | Ventures, will be joined by Stephen Windsor, Investment Director at Mercia, and Jonathan Jackson, founder and CEO of Previsico, to guide you through the term sheet and share experiences and insights into how this might be negotiated.
