Eversholt Rail (365) Limited
On 19 August 2019 Zelf Hussain and Jeremy Webb were appointed as Joint Liquidators of Eversholt Rail (365) Limited. Any creditor wishing to make an unsecured claim in the liquidation in relation to any of the aforementioned companies may do so by completing a Proof of Debt which may be obtained, together with further information, by contacting uk_eversholtrail365@pwc.com
Jeremy Webb has recently changed roles within the firm and therefore, to make sure that outstanding issues in the Liquidation can continue to be pursued, an application was made to the Court to remove him and appoint David Robert Baxendale as Joint Liquidator. David Baxendale is licensed in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The application was granted and so David Baxendale replaced Jeremy Webb as Joint Liquidator with effect from 27 February 2026.
