Hi, I'm James Clare.
I'm the director of leveling up the union, climate change and sustainability in the mod.
My biggest takeaway in terms of what a CSO is, is that every day you're a change champion, every day that you have to balance your, you need to get things done.
Keep up momentum, convince people flex the narrative through to the fact of actually speaking through about how to go away and deliver activity.
You will need resilience, but every day you are making things better, so continue to do it.
