Warren Tucker: Talking to you today from Microsoft Vision.

It's been a very,very busy day. Lots of issues and conversations around the business case for Cloud. But actually how that's changed over the
last few months,specifically with the advent of Gen AI and the opportunity to expand the value captured through cloud by looking at the
broader range of business issues that effectively technology hasn't been able to reach in the past.

Clients are asking questions around. My case for Cloud has never been as compelling as perhaps it is now when we start to look at taking AI and putting technology into parts of the business that perhaps it didn't touch before. Areas like contract management,areas like call center services sales teams, huge opportunities ahead.

So that's a really exciting time to be here.I'm looking forward to the year as we roll out Gen AI and get it embedded into all of our solutions.
