Agentic AI is such a hot topic right now and really is taking AI to the next level.

That's just one example of a bot or an agent within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.

The agents, the bots, if you like, are really providing further automation that not only automates processes, but actually makes complex decisions based on some really complex data sets.

I can foresee a world where the majority of finance is touchless, where the close process is operated by a set of agents that can interrogate data, can review and look at anomalies.

The product is really quite advanced, and clients who are using it have real potential to simplify their work. Organisations who do this well will win, and they will be in a better position to be able to unlock new potential in their employees as the world is shifting and moving on.
