Lehman Brothers Equity Finance (Luxembourg) SA (en faillite) and Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (in administration) announce signing of settlement agreement - 18 March 2013

The Joint Administrators are pleased to announce the signing of a settlement deed with Lehman Brothers Equity Finance (Luxembourg) SA (“LBEF”) which settles all the financial arrangements between the parties.  The agreement is subject to approval by the Luxembourg Court and the Joint Liquidators of LBEF have invited its creditors to participate in a consultation with a deadline for written submissions of 21 March 2013.

Upon the approval of the Luxembourg Court, LBEF will receive an admitted unsecured claim in the amount of approximately £57m in satisfaction of all claims.
