This update concerns the application issued by the Joint Administrators on 16 July 2009 seeking directions on the treatment of certain money received by LBIE after the time it entered administration.  Further details on the application can be found here:

As stated in the 17/07 update, the application was issued without named respondents. The Joint Administrators believe that the active engagement of clients and creditors affected by the issues raised in the application is important and have encouraged clients and creditors to review the application and consider whether they would like to make representations to the court and become a respondent to the application. In the interests of ensuring continuing progress, the Joint Administrators would like to encourage all interested parties to contact clientpositionresponses@lbia-eu.com by 4pm on 21 August 2009 should they wish to make representations in relation to the application.
