Client Money Update - Client Money Application: Court Order - 12/10/2010

This update concerns the Court order arising from the Court of Appeal’s judgment on the Client Money Application that was handed down on 2 August 2010.

The order sets out the Court of Appeal's formal directions on the issues it decided in the appeal. The order also deals with:

• Costs for the Joint Administrators and representative respondents; and
• Permission to appeal to the Supreme Court (further details of which can be found in the
