Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Tranches A and B – Sealed Orders – 6 January 2016

On 31 July 2015 Mr Justice David Richards handed down his judgments in respect of Tranche A and Tranche B of the Application (the “Judgments”). On 9 October 2015, the parties attended a hearing to address various consequential matters arising from the Judgments.
