Update - Waterfall I Application â Supreme Court of the United Kingdom Appeal Listing â 10 February 2016
As you are aware, on 5 November 2015 the Joint Administrators notified creditors that on 4 November 2015, the Supreme Court ordered that permission to appeal and permission to cross-appeal be granted in relation to the Waterfall I Application. A copy of the update can be found here.
The Supreme Court appeal of Waterfall I has now been listed for the week commencing 17 October 2016. It is currently scheduled to commence on the Monday with a time estimate of four days.
