Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Part C - Consequential Matters Hearing - Sealed Order – 21 December 2016
On 5 October 2016, Mr Justice Hildyard handed down his judgment in respect of Part C of the Application (the “Judgment”). On 12 December 2016, the parties attended a hearing to address various consequential matters arising from the Judgment.
