IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FRENCH CONSTRUCTION POLICIES
Elite Insurance Company Limited (in Administration) (“Elite”)
With effect from (and including) 15 September 2020 the Joint Administrators have in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar disclaimed all French construction policies provided by Elite. As a result of the disclaimer, all of the French construction policies are terminated with effect from (and including) 15 September 2020. Please refer to a copy of the detailed letter linked below if you are a French construction policyholder to understand what this means for you and the actions you should take.
