Important Notice to Scheme Creditors

The Supreme Court of Gibraltar ("the Court") has listed the Convening Hearing in respect of the proposed scheme of arrangement for 13 March 2026.

What is the Convening Hearing?

The Convening Hearing is the first court hearing in the Scheme process. At this hearing, Elite will seek the Court's permission to convene meetings of Scheme Creditors (the "Scheme Meetings") to consider and vote on the proposed Scheme.

What happens next?

If the Court grants the necessary directions at the Convening Hearing:

• Scheme Creditors will be notified of the date, time and format of the Scheme Meetings and provided with instructions on how to vote.
• The Scheme Document and Explanatory Statement, including details of the voting process, will be made available on the Website. 
• The two Scheme Meetings are currently expected to take place in Q2 2026.
