Extended lien Application - 26/04/2012

At the hearing of the Application on 8 December 2011, the Court made directions providing for the further conduct of the matter, including disclosure and exchange of evidence.  314 Commonwealth Avenue Inc. was also added as the third respondent.  The other respondents to the Application are Lehman Brothers Finance S.A. and Lehman Brothers Inc.

The matter is listed for a pre trial review before Mr Justice Briggs on 26 June 2012, followed by a five day trial commencing on 27 September 2012.
