Client Money Update - Client Money Application: Court Order Finalised - 13/01/2010
This update concerns finalisation of the Court order arising from the judgment on the Client Money Application (the "Application") that was handed down on 15 December 2009. Detailed information on the judgment can be found in the Client Money Update of 15 December 2009. A copy of the order made by Mr Justice Briggs is available here.
The order provides directions of the Court on the detailed questions raised by the Application and other points relevant to it. The order also provides detail on the following issues:
- Further submissions to be made in relation to the "depot breaks" and "unapplied credits" client money components;
- Ruling on costs for the Joint Administrators and representative respondents; and
- Permission to appeal.
