Update - Waterfall II Application (the â Applicationâ ) â Third Tranche Hearing â further expert report in respect of German Law Issues â 9 November 2015
Further to the order of Mr Justice David Richards following the case management conference held on 9 March 2015, and in respect of Tranche C of the Application, Wentworth filed the following expert report of their German law expert (Judge Gero Fischer) in reply to the Appendix to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP's letter dated 23 October 2015.
This second reply report should be read together with Judge Gero Fischer's first report dated 10 July 2015, the reply report to the report by Professor Peter O.Mülbert (for the Senior Creditor Group) dated 31 July 2015, and Judge Gero Fischer's supplemental report dated 1 October 2015.
