Update regarding application to Court for directions in respect of future distributions - 13 July 2020

As set out in the notice published on the website on 17 June 2020 the Joint Administrators have applied for directions in respect of future distributions from the LBIE estate.

The hearing of the application was due to take place on 14 July 2020 before Hildyard J. As a result of scheduling difficulties, the hearing will instead take place remotely before the Right Honourable Sir Geoffrey Vos, the Chancellor of the High Court, on 15 July 2020 with a scheduled start time of 10:00am.
