Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Further Witness Evidence – 22 January 2015
Further to the order of Mr Justice David Richards following the case management conference held on 21 November 2014 (the “Order”) (a copy of which is available here), the Senior Creditor Group has filed two further witness statements in the Application:
- the Second witness statement, Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 of Andrea Zambelli (representative of CarVal) dated 22 December 2014, filed pursuant to paragraph 1 of the Order;
- and
- the Third Witness Statement and Exhibit of Patrick Michael McKee (representative of Baupost) dated 15 January 2015, filed pursuant to paragraph 10 of the Order.
