Update – Waterfall II Application – Respondent Position Papers – Updated 24 September 2014
On the 19 September 2014, the Respondents to the Waterfall II Application filed and served their position papers, setting out their respective positions (if any) on each of the questions set out in the Application and the basis upon which they adopt such positions.
