Update â Waterfall II Application (the â Applicationâ ) â the Senior Creditor Group's revised Position Paper in relation to the Third Tranche Hearing - 2 September 2015
On 1 September 2015, the Senior Creditor Group filed a revised position paper dated 31 August 2015 in respect of Tranche C of the Application. The revised position paper has been updated to reflect the amendments to the formulation of issues 11 and 12, and the Senior Creditor Group’s revised position on issue 20.
