Update - Waterfall II Application (the "Application") - Tranche C Judgment - 6 October 2016

On 5 October 2016 Mr Justice Hildyard handed down his judgment in Tranche C of the Waterfall II Application, following the hearing between 9 and 25 November 2015. A copy of the judgment is available here. The judgment also includes Supplemental Issue 1(a) in relation to Tranche A of the Application.
