Update – Waterfall III Application (the “Application”) – LBL Position Paper – 12 October 2016
On 30 September 2016, in accordance with the Order of the Court dated 30 September 2016, the LBL Administrators filed and served their position paper setting out their position in respect of each of the questions set out in the Application and the basis on which they adopt such positions.
