Update - Waterfall III Application (the “Application”) - LBIE, LBHI2 and LBEL Position Papers - 24 November 2016
On 18 November 2016, the LBIE Administrators, the LBHI2 Administrators and the LBEL Administrators filed and served on LBL and each other position papers setting out: i) their respective positions (insofar as they take any positions) in respect of the Part A Issues and the Part B Issues; and ii) the basis upon which they adopt such positions. Copies of those position papers can be found below:
- the LBIE Administrators' position paper;
- the LBHI2 Administrators' position paper; and
- the LBEL Administrators' position paper.
