PwC UK’s Corporate Finance team are delighted to have advised Simmons and Hawker (Holdings) Limited on the successful sale of Simmons and Hawker (Falcon Estate) Limited to a newly formed joint venture between Panattoni - Europe’s largest privately owned industrial and logistics real estate developer—and Mitsui Fudosan, the real estate arm of the Mitsui Group and one of Japan’s largest publicly listed property companies.
This landmark transaction represents a significant investment in strategic brown-to-last-mile logistics repositioning in the South West of England. PwC Corporate Finance (UK) Real Estate led a full service offering from PwC which included working collaboratively with colleagues across Deals Tax, Legal, Financial Due Diligence, and SPA Advisory, enabling us to deliver an integrated value add outcome for Simmons and Hawker.
