PwC South East Deals team advises P2i on its investment from Jolt Capital

PwC South East Deals team is pleased to announce its role as lead financial adviser to P2i Limited, a global specialist in water-repellent nano-coating solutions, on its investment from Jolt Capital. Jolt has taken a controlling stake in P2i alongside management participation, committing an initial €8m to accelerate and diversify the company’s growth.
With the support of Jolts experience and capabilities, the partnership will enable P2i to expand into new markets, as well as supporting the investment growth needs of existing customers. PwC provided sell-side financial advice to P2i throughout the transaction.
