David is PwC’s Global Leader of Financial Crime, leading and coordinating a network of more than 2000 specialists focused on preventing and detecting all aspects of financial crime. David is also involved with the creation and roll out of PwC’s KYC utility offerings, working with governments, regulators and clients, as well as with PwC’s global anti-financial crime remediation practice.

Sian specialises in financial crime in all industries but in particular in the Insurance, Investment Management and Retail Banking Industries. She has worked with regulators and law enforcement in relation to money laundering investigations and also has extensive experience of commercial disputes, in particular those arising in the financial services sector.

Matthew helps financial services clients improve the effectiveness of their financial crime controls. He is a specialist in anti-money laundering and has led global projects to remediate KYC records at several global banks. Matthew also has experience of responding to anti-Money laundering and sanctions regulations from inside the banking industry.

Imran has 15 years experience advising global private sector and financial institutions on matters of regulatory driven change. He specialises in advising clients on their financial crime effectiveness and establishing near-shore KYC utilities. Graham leads the UK Forensic Data Analytics practice, providing technology based services focused on the detection and investigation, prevention and remediation of financial crime. He is the global co-lead for Financial Crime Technology. Graham has a background in systems implementation and specialises in helping clients respond to regulatory issues.

Ruk combined his understanding of market abuse regulation, trading environments and technology to build our anti-market abuse and business from scratch to the sustainable business that he leads for the UK firm today. Ruk is our UK firm's lead spokesperson on market abuse, where he has advised a range of clients from global investment banks right through to major industry bodies. Ruk also co-leads our surveillance business, which helps clients mitigate the risk of market abuse manifesting and going unnoticed in the trading environment through the use of technology.
