We’re committed to growing with and for clients across Glasgow and beyond
This year around 500 of our people moved to the Aurora building in the heart of Glasgow’s business district. The move to one of Scotland’s most environmentally advanced office developments represents a significant milestone in the firm’s continued investment in Scotland.
We have strong teams delivering a wide range of services across the country and beyond. They work with clients in sectors that are critical to the Scottish and UK economies, from financial services, energy and industrials to technology and retail and consumer.
Investment across the UK is a core part of how we play our part in redressing regional skills and productivity gaps. Glasgow has been an important part of the firm’s story for decades. Continued investment in the city demonstrates our commitment to helping shape it as a leading centre for business and innovation.
Occupying 26,000 square feet across two floors, the office offers a bespoke, flexible and collaborative workspace for our people - reflecting our evolved ways of working. Designed with inspiration from Glasgow’s renowned architecture and green spaces, recognition of the city’s creative force can be seen throughout, from its musical heritage to street art.
The move aligns with our net zero ambitions and our sustainability focus in Scotland – a country heavily impacted by the energy transition. With ‘best in class’ energy efficiency, the A+ EPC Aurora building has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A+ and is 100% powered by renewable energy sources. It has also achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation.
“I couldn't be prouder of the space we've created, and it reflects the energy, ambition and talent that define both our people and this city."
Following the 2023 refurbishment of our Edinburgh office, this office move reflects our confidence in Scotland and our commitment to growing with and for our local clients.
This new space enables our people to thrive, collaborate, and continue delivering high-quality work at the heart of a vibrant and innovative economy.
It also strengthens our ability to address skills and productivity gaps - particularly in areas affected by the energy transition - while expanding access to high-quality jobs for people across Glasgow and beyond.
By fostering an environment conducive to staff wellbeing, innovation and developing our people, we continue to deliver long-term value to our clients.
