I am a Partner within the PwC UK Disputes team. We assist clients in disputes and act as expert accounting witnesses - helping clients, and their legal teams formulate claims against counterparties or understand and respond to claims made against them.

I specialise in substantial cross border disputes taken to arbitration and have acted as expert in International Arbitration proceedings brought under ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICSID and AAA rules as well as disputes in the English High Court, the English Criminal Court, the Competition Appeals Tribunal, the US Courts (State and Federal) and in Hong Kong, Paris, Lagos and Singapore. I have testified on over 47 occasions. I have been involved in disputes arising from breaches of contract, acquisition disputes and claims arising out of investment treaties in mining, oil & gas, power generation, telecoms, financial services and manufacturing.

I am listed in the 2020 Global Arbitration Review (GAR) as one of the twelve Global Elite Thought Leaders on the list of quantum experts in international arbitration, having been included in the list since it was first compiled.
