Update Call 07 March 2013- Proposed settlement of the Omnibus claim and consensual proposal – 05/03/2013

Following the finalisation of the settlement between LBI and LBIE and the launch on 28 February 2013 of the consensual ‎proposal to facilitate a distribution by LBIE to its customers within the Omnibus Claim a team from LBIE will be holding an update call (the “Call”) to present the key points of the settlement and ‎consensual proposal and discussing key themes.

The Call will be scheduled for an hour and will be accessible on the PwC LBIE Website on 07 March 2013 at 15.00 GMT. In ‎order to join the Call, you will be required to register your name, company and email address. Please note ‎that unlike previous webcasts, questions will not be answered live throughout the Call. We ‎request that if you wish to ask a question, you do so prior to the Call, and no later than 06 March 2013, by using the “Submit a Question” link located on the right hand side of this screen. Questions submitted will be grouped into themes and addressed accordingly to preserve confidentiality for individual customers.‎
