Omnibus Trust
Following final resolution of all eligible claims, the estate was closed with effect from 25 June 2015, although final tax reporting will continue into 2016. A partial recovery was made from a US withholding tax reserve in 2016 in respect of distributions from the Omnibus Trust on assigned claims.
