Extensions of the administrations
Update on directions from the Court – 24 February 2026
The applications for (a) the extension of the administrations of Phones 4U Limited and MobileServ Limited and (b) the release and discharge of liability of David Kelly and Rob Moran in respect of P4UG, P4UF and PAL and the release and discharge from liability of David Kelly and Nigel Rackham in respect of PAS have been listed for determination on 11 March 2026 at 10:30am (or as soon as possible thereafter) at the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL.
The applications for (c) Rob Moran’s removal as administrator of Phones 4U Limited and Mobileserv Limited, his release and discharge from liability and his replacement as administrator by Catherine Atkinson; and (d) permission for Paul Copley to resign from his position as concurrent administrator, and his release and discharge from liability have been listed fordirections (i.e. procedural next steps to be determined by the Court) at the same time and venue (11 March 2026 at 10:30am in the Rolls Building). We have been invited to prepare directions for determination of these applications by the Court on the papers (i.e. without an attended hearing).
