David Russell

David has been consulting to the Telecoms industry for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience of working with fixed and mobile operators; information and communications technology providers; and regulators in the UK and internationally.
David has particular expertise in: operational strategy, performance improvement, performance management and product and customer profitability.
He is a qualified chartered accountant and, earlier in his career, was Head of Finance for two subsidiaries of the technology company Marconi.
David is based in our London office and is married - his wife is also a consultant, albeit at a rival firm. Outside of work, he is a keen football and cricket fan and an enthusiastic traveller.
As UK Telecoms leader, David co-ordinates our internal network of telecoms sector expertise across our assurance, tax and advisory practices and leads our development of industry perspectives and thought leadership material.
