Patrick Iddison

Patrick is a manager in the pensions team with a wide range of experience working with corporate and trustee clients, including in the following areas:

• Project management of large-scale, complex pension scheme change exercises
• Advising on the establishment of pensions consolidation vehicles
• Scheme change exercises including strategic support and provision of individual member support
• Pensions accounting and pensions assurance for defined benefit pension schemes
• Consideration of Environmental, Sustainability and Governance issues in a pensions context
• Pensions liability valuation

Patrick is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and has an Economics degree from Durham University. His undergraduate dissertation was a quantitative study examining the effectiveness of mandatory pension funds on the impact of saving rates across countries.

Patrick has an interest in Artificial Intelligence and is working with clients in the pensions space to understand the potential impacts of this on their business and the and opportunities from having an AI strategy.
