Information for Creditors and Suppliers

You will need to register as a creditor if you haven’t been paid for goods or services you’ve supplied to the Company prior to the date of appointment on 11 December 2019.

Your claim should be made using the Statement of Claim form which can be accessed below:

Please complete a Statement of Claim form and return it to the following address: Elite Insurance Company Limited (in Administration), c/o Adam Thompson, acting for the Joint Administrator, at PwC LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL.

If your claim includes VAT, you may be able to obtain VAT bad debt relief six months after your supply. Your local VAT office can help you with this.

To help us further, please supply details of:

  • any outstanding orders 
  • any of the Firms’ property you hold
  • any assets of yours which the Firms have on hire or rental from you
  • if known, the address where these assets are held
