Pursuant to paragraphs 37 (1) and (2) of the order of Mr Justice David Richards issued following the case management conference held on 9 March 2015 (available here), the parties have filed skeleton arguments in advance of the Tranche C hearing which is due to commence on 9 November.
The skeleton arguments in respect of Issues 10-16, 18, 19 and 27 are being published in advance of the hearing so that non-respondent creditors may understand the positions which the respondents now intend to advance. Accordingly, copies of these skeleton arguments can be found below:
On 29 October 2015, the Joint Administrators also filed the Fourteenth Witness Statement of Anthony Victor Lomas in support of their skeleton argument dated 23 October 2015, a copy of which can be found below:
