Zelf Hussain, Toby Scott Underwood and Ian David Green were appointed as joint administrators of the Company on 28 February 2018.
Following a period of administration trading, all branches have now ceased trading, the last of these were closed on 17 June 2018.
Change of administrator- Ian Green
Ian Green, one of the previous Joint Administrators, has changed roles within PwC and formally resigned as Joint Administrator of the Company. An application was made to the Court to remove him as Joint Administrator which was granted on 5 December 2019. He was released from all liability in respect of his conduct as Joint Administrator with effect from 19 December 2019.
Toby Underwood and Zelf Hussain, remain as the Joint Administrators of the Company, until the administration comes to an end.
