On appointment, the Joint Administrators entered into a contract for the sale of the business and assets of OIRL to Upham Group Limited. The transaction includes the transfer of 531 employees. A full list of the sites transferred can be found below. This transaction represents the best option available to generate returns for creditors as a whole. Please reach out to your usual contact at the company in relation to the transferred sites.

The remaining operational sites have been closed with immediate effect and we are in the process of liaising with landlords of those sites.
