As this year's Ascent programme comes to an end, I wanted to reflect on the brilliant journey that this year's cohort has been on.
The programme has provided an opportunity for our clients to enhance their leadership skills and develop a strong network of support ahead of their transition into future board roles.
I would also like to extend our congratulations to those who have already been promoted or taken on new positions at PwC.
We are committed to helping our clients reach the leading edge of their industries, so it's fantastic to hear their positive feedback on how the programme has supported them.
Thank you to everyone involved and if you would like to find out more, please reach out to the PwC Ascent Programme team.
So this is my first year facilitating C-Suite Ascent.
I have to say it's been a fantastic experience.
We've covered some amazing content, met a great group of people from a diverse range of organisations and watching them flourish and grow as leaders and apply the different learnings to their scenarios has been really, really fulfilling.
So what have I got from joining the C-Suite Ascent?
Since February, I've concentrated on three key things.
First of all, understanding whether there was anything that I was missing to find the next stage of my career.
Have I taken those things away from CCP Ascent?
Absolutely.
To have I learnt from others to understand if we're facing similar challenges and whether there are solutions that others have found that I've been able to learn from?
Absolutely.
And finally, have I taken things that I can know that I can implement and take forwards, even on even a personal level, as much as a professional 1?
Definitely.
So from all those sorts of things, I've learnt an awful lot from C-Suite Ascent, both through the modules and the colleagues I've worked with.
I've just attended C-Suite Ascent and it's been a great opportunity to network with different people who face similar challenges and discuss these.
