Update - Waterfall II Application - Parts A & B Appeal Hearing - Daily Transcripts - 5 April 2017

The 7-day UK Appeal Court hearing on Waterfall II Parts A & B (including the Supplemental Issues) commenced on Monday 3 April 2017.

The parties have engaged a transcriber to produce daily transcripts of the Part A & Part B Appeal hearing. The transcripts produced so far can be found below. Moving forward, the LBIE administrators intend to post each daily transcript on the LBIE website the following business day.

¹The transcript has been re-issued by the transcribers to reflect the first 25 minutes which were omitted.
