FCA sets out expectations of firms working remotely or in a hybrid way

The FCA announced on 11 October 2021 its expectations of firms working remotely or in a hybrid way. The regulator’s expectations aim to help firms continue to satisfy their regulatory responsibilities in a remote or hybrid environment, and cover issues such as financial crime and cyber security risks, culture and governance.
