How we Operate

We typically work with clients in three ways...

Our clients utllise highly trained PwC staff to execute their programme or BAU work.

Useful for plugging gaps, supplementing in-house project teams or for bringing specific expertise to bear, this model is cost-effective, scalable and allows our client to retain control.

The staff working under our clients’ supervision can be based on their site or work remotely from our service delivery centre.

Staff can be available at short notice and team size can be increased or decreased as business requirements change.

When a regulator requires large scale remediation or a backlog needs clearing, we can set up and run a large operational programme.

Up to 200 staff can be deployed driving projects towards completion from our service delivery centre.

Our teams are typically managed in a cell structure, with quality control and a focus on getting it right-first-time built in.

We use ISO-accredited methodologies for programme set up and governance while using our dedicated Business Innovation team to drive incremental improvements.

We also provide long term (multi-year) operational solutions to support clients' Business As Usual operations.

These managed solutions are utilised by our clients when they have an ongoing activity that is complex, requires decision making and Subject Matter Expertise, and have a regulatory or compliance context.
