LBIE Administration Update - MFA and AIMA Presentations, 16 and 19 November 2010 - 9/11 2010

Please be advised that next week the LBIE Joint Administrators will present a status report, answer questions on the Administration and bring MFA and AIMA members up-to-date on the Administration’s progress over the first two years. The Administrators will also provide an introduction to the Consensual Approach to creditor claim determination and a review of the position on Trust Asset return and the interaction with LBI and the SIPA Trustee.

The Joint Administrators’ presentations will be co-hosted at the following times and locations:
