The Programme

The role of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is vast and complex. It involves everything from cyber security strategy and technical design, to implementing effective security solutions and processes and responding to cyber incidents and breaches.

We offer a two-day course designed to equip leaders in Information Security with the tools to make the most of their current role and succeed in their career.

The sessions will cover topics such as:

  • Leadership styles and attributes
  • The ideal CISO from an experienced headhunter
  • Dealing with regulators and navigating complexity
  • Communicating during a crisis
