C-Suite Ascent

Designed for aspiring C-suite leaders

The Programme

This is a bespoke leadership programme that supports the development of strong leaders who are able to lead through increased complexity, competition and pace of work.

It takes place over a period of seven months and consists of six soft skills workshops facilitated by specialists in leadership development, with input from PwC and business leaders.

The programme provides a forum for peer-based action learning groups of between 12-24 individuals coming together to build their external network and expand their ability to overcome business challenges in a learning environment. Participants gain valuable access to the best of PwC’s personal development training resources and mentoring.
