Welcome to C-Suite Ascent – a focused leadership development programme for C-Suite‑1 leaders (Heads of or equivalent) preparing for board and executive roles within 2–3 years. Over five months, interactive, immediately applicable sessions connect you with peers and speakers – from senior partners and psychologists to top leadership practitioners. Join us to accelerate your readiness for the C‑Suite and the boardroom.
The Programme
A five-month, cohort-based programme that builds essential soft skills and delivers tools you can apply immediately. Small peer groups (up to 15 participants) accelerate peer learning, expand your network, and help you tackle real business challenges.
What you get
- Expert blend of academic insight and business experience, with senior partners, phycologists, actors, voice coaches and contributions from PwC and seasoned executives.
- Six modules delivered across three blocks (two modules per block, each block runs over two days), over a five-month period so you can apply learning between sessions.
