Martin Groom

Martin is a PwC Director and leads a team of learning and talent consultants within PwC’s consulting business.

With almost 30 years professional Human Resource Development experience, Martin brings a depth and breadth of background in HRD policy and practice. Martin’s key focus is the management of performance through learning and talent development.

His experience also includes provision of assessment services and development of specific talent programmes, combined with key inputs on resourcing projects and organisational development assignments. Much of Martin’s time is spent directing major client programmes within the public sector.
