Rewarding and managing performance

Advising on executive compensation, incentives and job architecture to get the best from the workforce

We support clients in designing reward strategy and creating future fit reward structures for the wider workforce. Greater workforce diversity plus changes to ways of working and technology means that new models are increasingly required to attract, retain and motivate key talent. Reward remains a critical lever in today’s fluid and highly competitive talent marketplace, underpinned by the infrastructure of performance management which is also evolving. We have extensive experience in supporting various companies from a range of industries and territories throughout the reward strategy process, from establishing reward principles and philosophy through to implementation of new and innovative reward programmes, including for specialist areas such as sales teams and technology teams.

We help companies build remuneration structures to attract and retain the best leaders who will drive the strategic execution of the business. We have deep experience in designing bespoke remuneration structures for companies across industries and geographical locations, as well as companies going through special situations such as mergers and acquisitions and IPOs. We help companies navigate broader stakeholder requirements including shareholder consultation exercises to ensure that remuneration structures are fit for purpose. We are highly experienced in advising on broader governance considerations, particularly in respect of broader workforce considerations and fairness when designing and operating pay for senior leaders.
